Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in PixaGlow. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who issues refunds on our behalf.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee (Monthly Plans)

First-time monthly subscribers are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee. If PixaGlow isn't a fit, contact us within 7 days of your first monthly charge and we'll authorize a full refund through Paddle. The guarantee applies once per customer.

2. Annual Plans

Annual plans are eligible for a refund within the first 14 days of the initial purchase. After day 14, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain access until the end of the paid term.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time outside of the guarantee windows above.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@pixaglow.com from the address associated with your account, or reply directly to your Paddle receipt. Include your order ID and the reason for your request. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, processes the refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be denied where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of the Fair Use Policy described in our Terms of Service.
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
  • Refunds outside the windows above are at our sole discretion.
